Terms and Conditions - Shipping and Return Policy

Dear Customer, In order to help you better, we bring you few easy steps of SHIPPING / RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY of goods purchased from us. SHIPPING: We currently ship within India only. Once an order is placed and dispatched, an email will be sent confirming all details of your delivery, including the carrier details and tracking information of your package. The product shipped may differ from the item displayed in terms of appearence and packing etc. All rights with regards to accepatnce of order and delivery rests with MastMart. We shall endeavor to deliver the order within 7-10 working days. In case you would like your product delivered sooner, kindly reach out to us at admin[@]mastmart[.]net. Offers Applicable as per Schemes Terms & Conditions. Offers valid till stocks last. Nutrition: Products should be received in original packaging and sealed condition. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. For issues like rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavor like/dislike, flavor difference from one brand to other etc. products would not be applicable for return. Please consult with the doctor before buying the product. In case none of our delivery partners is able to provide service to the order location, we will cancel the order and Refunds shall be issued via a Credit note only. No cash refunds shall be made. MastMart does not take any responsibility for delay in delivering products in the event where the user has provided a wrong address for delivery, the user cannot be reached on the contact number provided at the time of placing order, premises of delivery is locked or any conditions as a result of Act of God. Maximum 3 attempts will be made by our delivery partner. In case the delivery is not successful even after 3 attempts due to lack of response from the user, the shipping company will return the package. It will be the decision of MastMart to make partial or no refund on such order. CANCELLATION: You may normally cancel the order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch by writing to us at MastMart[.]Net[@]gmail[.]com with your order details. Once the product has been shipped, an order cannot be Canceled.       Any product can be exchanged /returned within 14 days from the date of purchase (including the date of purchase) at the store from where it was purchased. PLEASE NOTE: • Produce your relevant original invoice at the time of return • Packaging should be intact with price tags / barcodes and the product should be in saleable condition • Free gifts, if any, should also be returned at the time of the product being returned • Refunds shall be issued via a Credit note only. No cash refunds shall be made • Credit notes are valid for 6 months against a single purchase and for the same Customer it was purchased originally for • The credit note, if lost, cannot be reissued RETURN AND EXCHANGE: is not applicable to – (Exclusions) • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered Some special rules for promotional offers may override Returns Policy" • Liquor & Tobacco, Undergarments, Socks and Handkerchief, Mobiles and Cameras • Cosmetics, Perfumes or any other liquid articles • Products that are near expiry (less than 14 days shelf life left) / expired / damaged post purchase will not be returned / exchanged • Products that are under clearance sale • Products that have lost their original condition but not expired / damaged While all of the above applies to customer returns/exchanges. It is subject to products condition. In such scenario MastMart.net reserves the right to decide on a case to case basis. WARRANTY: • Remember to obtain warranty stamp for all applicable products after purchase • After Sale Services and replacement, if any, for products under warranty, will be provided only by the Authorized Service Centers of the respective brands/manufacturers.
